Delete your Wasla account

In the app

Open Account, tap “Delete my account” at the bottom of the page, and confirm.

Without the app

Email info@waslalog.com from the address registered on your account, or include the registered mobile number, and say you want your account deleted. We may ask you to confirm the account is yours.

What is deleted

Within 30 days of your request we delete your account and personal details, verification documents, registered trucks and drivers, bank details, public rating record and notifications, and tell you when it is done. Backups roll over within a further 14 days.

What is kept, and why

Completed or cancelled shipments, trips and offers, pickup and delivery proofs, ratings written by shippers, and conversations — they are the other party's records too. Your name is removed from trips, leaving only an internal identifier. If a shipment or trip is under way, we will contact you to finish it first.
